The video features Caral Spangler, ASA (FM&C); Robert Cook, principal deputy assistant secretary for FM&C; Lt. Gen. Paul Chamberlain, military deputy to the ASA (FM&C); Maj. Gen. Mark Bennett, OASA (FM&C) Director of Army Budget; Col. Paige Jennings, U.S. Army Financial Management Command commander; Barry Hoffman, USAFMCOM deputy to the commander; Sgt. Maj. Darnell Cabell, OASA (FM&C) senior enlisted advisor; Command Sgt. Maj. Kenneth F. Law, USAFMCOM senior enlisted advisor; Sgt. 1st Class Sahib Singh, Army Futures Command resource management budget noncommissioned officer; and several Army finance and comptroller units.
